Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Wolcott. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Wolcott.

The service

Wolcott provides educational nutrition planning built around training schedules you provide. Plans, macros, meal timing, and grocery lists are general guidance for recreationally active adults — not medical, dietetic, or other professional healthcare advice. See our Nutrition Disclaimer for the health-related limits of the service.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including allergies and restrictions.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One person per account; don’t share your login.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are billed through our payment processor and renew automatically each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled case by case — if something has gone wrong or the service isn’t what you expected, email us and we’ll sort it out. Prices may change, and we’ll give notice of changes before they apply to you.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Your content

You keep ownership of the training data and other content you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content — including sending it to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy — so we can generate and improve your plans. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share (for example, a coach’s paid programming without permission).

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
• Don’t use Wolcott to violate the law or others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.

Intellectual property

Wolcott, including its software, nutrition engine, and design, belongs to us and is protected by law. These terms don’t transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolcott is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You can stop using Wolcott and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Wolcott is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Some regions grant you rights that these terms cannot override.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new date and, where required, additional notice. Continuing to use Wolcott after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
