About Wolcott

Dash Wolcott.
In my own words.

Founder · hybrid athlete

I'm the person behind Wolcott. I built it because I got tired of guessing how to eat around training that changed every single day.

01Why I built it

The plan told me how to train. Nothing told me how to eat.

[Tell the moment it clicked for you — the week, the race, the injury, or the plateau where you realized your nutrition wasn't keeping up with your training.]

Every calorie app treated my week like it was identical, day to day. But a heavy lifting day, a long run, a double session, and a rest day are not the same — and eating them the same way was holding me back. So I started building the thing I wished existed.

02My athletic background

I train the way the people I built this for train.

[Describe your training life: the sports you do (HYROX, running, lifting, CrossFit, tactical…), how many days a week, and what a typical week looks like for you.]

[Optional: any races, PRs, or milestones you're proud of — or just what keeps you showing up.]

03What makes it different

Honest numbers, real food, and a list you can actually shop.

Most tools stop at a macro target and leave the hard part to you. Wolcott goes all the way to exact meals, timing around your sessions, and one store-ready grocery list. The macros you see come from a deterministic nutrition engine built on published sports-nutrition research — not a number an AI made up.

[Add your own words about the standard you hold the product to, and what you'll never do.]

04Who I built it for

The athlete doing more than one thing.

If your week mixes strength and endurance — if you're chasing a lift and a race at the same time — your fueling has to keep up with both. That's the athlete Wolcott is built for first, because that's the athlete I am.

[Add who else you want to help, and why you understand them.]

05A personal note

This is built in the open.

Wolcott is early, and I'd rather be honest about that than pretend it's finished. Some features are live today; some are still in development, and the site says which is which. If something's wrong, or you want something added, I read every email.

[Say whatever you want here — a promise to your users, what's coming next, or how to reach you.]

What I promise you

  • The macros you see are the engine's numbers — the AI only names and describes meals to hit them.
  • Features that aren't built yet are labeled, not hidden.
  • Your training data is yours: export or delete it anytime.
  • A real person is behind this, and you can reach me directly.
